The Following are my rates.

I charge by project(please contact for a quote) and not hourly rates, but below are some things I do for a set price.

CMS installs: $25 plus 3 hours of support via messengers, phone, or email. $10 without support.
Conversions: $50 I can convert a site back and forth between the following; Joomla!, Drupal, nukes(almost any phpnuke based system), vbulletin, fireboard/joomlaboard, smf, phpbb 2 and 3, modx, and Wordpress. I currently only have working knowledge on the DB structure of the above systems, so contact me for quote on a conversion of unlisted system.
PSD to valid XHMTL/CSS: $150. This price is not appliable to 100% of designs but 99.9% of the time it is a valid estimate.
PSD to Joomla template: $175. Again not applicable to 100% of designs.
